How can I find out about upcoming releases/new product offerings?

Are the Premium Power Boxes a subscription? Can I cancel at any time or just buy one box? 

Yes, Premium Power Boxes are a subscription based box but they can also be purchased once if you want to try it out! 

 

How soon will my order be delivered?

Domestic orders can take up to 2-14 business days to ship unless it is a pre order. International Shipping please allow at least 7 days for your order to ship. We are known in the community for having extremely fast shipping, so if you like to receive your items fast you came to the right place!

 

How do I track my order?

We send tracking numbers via email to every customer as soon as a package ships. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated within each respective carrier’s tracking system. To track standard shipment in the USA and international orders, please visit USPS.com with your tracking number. Email is sent from either PayPal or from us directly when the order is fulfilled.

 

How can I cancel my order?

Currently, we do not accept order cancellations. All sales are final. This policy is in place to maintain integrity between all buyers. If you would like to cancel your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. By placing any order on pokekingshop.com, you agree to these terms. 

 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept orders given the nature of our products. 

 

My package was returned to PokeKingShop. What now?

If your package was returned to us, we will reach out to you to figure out the next steps. We can send it back out to you (if you repay the shipping fees) or we can offer you a half refund on the item (restocking fees).

 

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

If you are worried about a package being lost in the mail, we highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation or insurance on the package. we are not responsible for lost packages domestically or internationally.
